The Bard will begin this confusing and chaotic dance, moving gracefully about his or her target. The target of this spell must make a successful avoidance-roll vs. “Magic” or incur the following penalties:
-10 to offense -2 space movement per turn (yet not less than ½ movement rounded up). |
